After the regular meeting of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and two extraordinary sessions, a member of this state tripartite Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, said that he and the other member of Presidency, Sefik Djaferovic, voted for BiH to recognize Kosovo, but Milorad Dodik was against, Gazeta Express reports.
“Dodik has not accepted the recognition of Kosovo as an independent state,” Gazeta Express quotes Komsic as saying. “We voted 2 to 1 for this decision. He was against and that will be an issue for the coming weeks. Dodik is expected to ask at the meeting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and present there issues where Kosovo is related to dangerous stories that could escalate into divisive stories, and I believe you all know where this leads.”
This decision on the recognition of Kosovo is not final; therefore, it will go to the second round of voting in the next session. /GazetaExpress/
